1. Service Cancellation Rules

Clients can cancel managed cloud hosting subscriptions at any time via written notice to support@bluewaterweb.net. Server allocations are stopped at the end of the active monthly cycle.

2. Web Development Reversals

Due to the custom labor-intensive nature of customized code execution and design layout builds, processing fees paid for approved, completed development milestones are non-refundable. Partial reversals for pending, unexecuted work phases are calculated on a case-by-case compliance check.
